Flock

At Flock, I helped increase traffic by 10x in my first two quarters.

My content strategy was keyword-driven, with a goal to increase SERP ranking and inbound traffic through long-tail keywords, commonly searched terms, co-marketing campaigns, and business-oriented search. Flock prioritized helpful and editorial content over transactional content in an effort to drive traffic.

I drafted this 1,000+ word ebook on building and maintaining an employee engagement plan. I researched with sources like the Flock HR department, companies like Compt and Donut, Pew research, and more. I directed the ebook design, executed by the Flock design team. The book was distributed with a light paid display campaign managed by our PPC team and supplemented by intense CTA pushes on all employee engagement blog content. I designed its corresponding landing page and form fill.
